A big stop for us in the Reading area is always Hawk Mountain. |
Climb from the Hall of the Mountain King, as this area is know.
The trail to the top of Hawk Mountain is well maintained, with steps up
the steeper sections. |
|
|
The top of Hawk Mountain consists of a bolder field, on which everyone
sits. The hawks generally come from the hills straight ahead.
Each hill, and each bump on the hills are names, so that you can say
"red tail over number four". |
Some of the hawk watchers. |
|
|
And some of the hawk watchees. I.E. hawks. |

This is our home, in Reading. This is in the parking lot at
Country Meadows, where Margie's father lives. Notice the dumpster as
our neighbor. |

This is Country Meadows. Our Ramber is just to the left.
Margie's father's unit is on the second floor, off to the right. |
The Tulpohoken River. Within walking distance of Country Meadows,
across the street. Margie's father watches the geese here. |

|
The bridge.. Margie's bike. |
Up the Tulpohoken is Blue Marsh, a Corps of Engineers reservoir. |
